About

NousI’m currently an associate professor in genetic at the Animal Genetic laboratory in Agrocampus OUEST in Rennes, France. Before that, I worked as post-doctoral researcher in genetic on the identification on QTL resistance to Salmonella carrier state in chicken at the Cellular Genetic Laboratory at INRA Toulouse. And before that I spent 2 years working as a post-doctoral researcher on the identification of the gene responsible for the keratoconus disease in Human at INSERM Toulouse.

During my PhD, I worked on the identification of the prolificacy genes in the Booroola and Lacaune breed in sheep. My research interest is the genetic, from the animal to bioinformatic analyses. In the last years, my work has been more focus on bioinformatics, since the volume of data available in the genomic field has modified our way of dealing with the research programs. Then, my main project is the analysis of the variability of complex traits using bioinformatics and statistical methods.

We are always looking for students in our lab, so feel free to leave a comment to contact me.
